Both as a painter and a musician I am moved by the unsaid and hidden within the chink and everything seems to mirror itself in me like in water. I am blended by the light which is created out of darkness, for if one knows ones own abysmal darkness, one can see much more clearly in the reflections of the light. I wish to be a painter of the spirit and a composer of the spirit.
For me sounds are colours and colours sounds. Chords are the ground of the landscapes, which change between shadow and light; depth and perspective. Birds are the many expressions and feelings seen from a child's perspective.
The very fact of being a painter and being a musician is more about being able to create a spiritual eternity and movement in the present moment and to freeze it in front of the beholders own mirror. In that way I transform the unknown potential of dead weight to life.
